1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using 1QARD ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users of 1qard.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use 1QARD. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have parental consent before using the Platform.

3. Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • Your username must not impersonate another person, brand, or organization.
  • You may not transfer your account to another person.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use 1QARD to:
  • Post or share illegal content under applicable laws (Turkey, Arab countries, or your country of residence).
  • Share sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene material.
  • Promote or sell illegal products, substances, or services.
  • Engage in hate speech, incitement, or content that promotes violence or discrimination.
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
  • Impersonate individuals, companies, or organizations.
  • Distribute malware, phishing links, or fraudulent content.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform.
  • Use the Platform for spam or unsolicited commercial communications.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you post on 1QARD. By publishing content on the Platform, you grant 1QARD a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content as part of our service. You are solely responsible for the content you publish.

6. Public Profiles

Your 1QARD profile (1qard.com/username) is publicly accessible by default. Do not publish sensitive personal information (such as ID numbers, home addresses, or financial details) on your public profile.

7. Subscription & Payments

1QARD is currently free to use. In the future, we may introduce premium subscription plans. We will notify existing users before any paid features are introduced. Free accounts will continue to have access to core features.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your public profile will be removed and your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

1QARD is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1QARD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to competent courts in the relevant jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of 1QARD after changes constitutes your acceptance.
